I told him I'd never return and walked out hungry. Place should be shut down.

When we arrived, there was a sign on the door stating they were closing early due to a staffing shortage. It was a Saturday lunchtime, and only one employee was on duty, which led to a 20-minute wait just to receive our food and find a table. The bread we were served was stale; the employee even had to discard three or four pieces before finding one that was acceptable. On the positive side, the spinach and lettuce were fresh and delicious, and fortunately, the employee was able to provide us with fresh replacements. While he was very kind and doing his best in a tough situation, it was still a frustrating experience overall.

I attempted to call the store to add the cheese but nobody would answer the phone. When I arrived I asked if he could add thecheese he said you want cheese you pay! I asked if cheese was extra on any sandwich and he said no. But if I wanted cheese Ihad to pay more because it was an online order. I tried to explain but he kept saying you pay more over and over, not evengiving me a chance to speak. This subway consistently has terrible service, with many other sub options around I highlyrecommend one of the others. Over priced for what you get and rude to customers.

Every Subway that I have gone to has made sandwiches with plenty of meat, usually in a few layers, making for a satisfying meal. When they made my sandwich, they only included ONE SINGLE LAYER of thin meat, andwhen I asked if I could have a little more, they curtly snapped back that if I wanted more, I'd have to pay. They told me I wasalready getting a deal as it is, and that nothing is free. Well, customer appreciation isn't free, either, and they failedmiserably to earn mine. I figured they weren't worth arguing with. Rude staff, and a bad sandwich. Don't go here if you canhelp it.
