What Bailey Winston doesn't like about Starbucks:
We waited 30 minutes. Ten minutes was them flirting with the guy in front of us. We ordered a Venti Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino. After waiting more time only to get a Peppermint Mocha. This is my favorite Starbucks location! The day after my birthday, I learned that birthday rewards must be redeemed on the actual day. However, the staff graciously let me enjoy my free drink anyway, which really made my day! I'm so grateful—thank you so much!
We waited for 30 minutes, and a significant part of that time was spent watching the staff flirt with a customer ahead of us. We ordered a Venti Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino, but after a long wait, we received a Peppermint Mocha instead. When we brought up the mistake to the barista, she offered some excuses and started preparing what we hoped would be the correct drink. However, when we inquired about the salted caramel flavor, we were told it was no longer available! When we questioned this, she went to the deli, added some sea salt on top, and claimed it was the same thing. It absolutely wasn’t! To make things worse, they refused to accept our free drink coupon and don’t allow orders through the app. We will not be coming back. This was our second visit, and both times we've faced issues. Starbucks really needs to step up their game. These employees represent your brand, and they should be knowledgeable about the drink recipes and have the necessary supplies to fulfill them.
I'm currently at the restaurant at 8:25 p.m., and the staff has declined to serve us, even though the sign clearly states that they are open until 9 p.m.
There are always two girls working there, and I absolutely love their personalities! They're both incredibly sweet and dedicated.
They genuinely consider your preferences and won't serve you a hot latte if you request a cold one.
