Starbucks - Spring Hill

This is hands down the best Starbucks! The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Adjusting to a new country can be challenging, but these folks make my mornings brighter every single day. I even go out of my way to visit this location, even though there's a Starbucks just two minutes from my home. You all are amazing! Thank you for being so wonderful! And to the person who paid for my order, I hope something wonderful comes your way today!

My husband picked up a Frappuccino for me on his way home, but it was completely undrinkable! It wasn't blended well, so it was just large chunks of ice. I was really disappointed, especially since we don't live nearby and didn't want to make the trip back to complain. It's such a letdown for an overpriced drink that should have been delicious. I'm going to start getting my Frappuccinos from McDonald's instead.

The service here is wonderful. My dad lives nearby and every time I'm in town to visit I stop by this location. I have never had a bad experience and love the baristas working here. Thanks for making traveling so much nicer.

This is one of the few locations that still care about service over volume. Great job staff!
