Always love the pizza however when we went to PICK UP pizza bill automatically had 20% added. Had to physically choose no tip. When choosing to take it off then the eye rolling and attitude started. I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER TIP BECAUSE YOU SLID A PIZZA BOX OVER THE COUNTER. View all feedback.

Ordered ziti, was cold. The garlic rolls were terrible. There were globs of unmelted butter,they were also cold. Very disappointed. Nothing was hot.
