Mcdonald's - Spring Hill

The French fries are always salted, but they never fill the box to the top, maybe 3/4 full if you're lucky. The McFlurry came out melted. The food quality is poor because the employees don't seem to care.

I only saw Rachel during my visit, but she provided quick and excellent service. She even offered to bring me fresh French fries after giving me a moment to decide. More employees like her are needed at this restaurant. I have received worse service when there are six people working.

It used to be enjoyable when I could dine in, but that was months ago before they closed their dining room due to the virus. I am not willing to use the drive-thru window.

I love the night crew at this restaurant! They are fast and attentive. I always receive my food quickly and hot, and my order is rarely incorrect. This McDonald's location in Spring Hill is definitely worth the drive compared to others in the area.

I visited this restaurant today. The establishment was clean and the staff was excellent. However, the soda dispenser on the left was not working and the one on the right was spraying out, soaking everyone who tried to get a drink. They have a new self-checkout system, although I did not personally try it. Someone else ordered on it and seemed satisfied with their order. I would give them a rating of 5, but the soda situation was a bit of a problem. No one wants an unexpected shower for the day. Other than that, everything else was great.
