Online ordering was down at this location, so I called in the order. Asking to use a coupon, I was told all coupons are for online orders only. After a bit of b... read more Online ordering was down at this location, so I called in the order. Asking to use a coupon, I was told all coupons are for online orders only. After a bit of back-and-forth explaining the online ordering was down, the conclusion is that this storedoes not accept coupons or deals listed on their website. I was friendly as it is not the workers fault who answered the phone,but the customer service here is very much lacking as there was no resolution or offer to use the coupons.

If you knew you didn... read more I don't want to sound like a Karen, but this Little Caesars stole $11 from me. They cancelled my order when I was on the way to pick it up. If you knew you didn't have the ingredients to make the pizza, you should have cancelled immediately, not when theorder is supposed to be picked up. Super inconvenient, and it gets worse! They told me they would refund me for the cancelledpizza but never did. Bad management, bad business practices, do not buy pizza from here.

It was incredibly frustrating to drive all the way there for nothing, especially since I was charged for the pizza on the website. I'll update here on how long it takes to get a refund.

I distinctly remember many many times being belittled and cussed out by the manager about how PERFECT the sob wanted the cuts. Well apparently mister Craig Buck (the owner) doesn?t care how this location cutsanything. The pepperoni pizza was hot yes and yummy yes?.however I had to cut the pizza AGAIN with my pizza cutter because itwasn?t cut all the way through to easily grab a slice. The Italian cheese bread, delciousssss, however the cut was quite sad. Ifinally have the ability to complain as a customer about the cut. I won?t go so far as cussing anyone out like the owner/managerloves to do when I first worked here?.anywho. I guess you reap what you sow
