Your hours are surprised, but so many restaurants are here because they can't find enough staff to show up.

I ordered a pork chop sandwich without gravy, requesting it on sourdough bread instead of the biscuit it usually comes on. I received no objections, and my sand... read more I ordered a pork chop sandwich without gravy, requesting it on sourdough bread instead of the biscuit it usually comes on. I received no objections, and my sandwich was made perfectly! To add to my experience, the customer service was fantastic! The young woman at the window greeted me with the biggest smile and a cheerful "Good Morning." I wished her a blessed day in return. I returned the next day with the same request and had the same positive experience! I didn’t have time to speak with a manager, which I often do when I receive such excellent service. Every Hardee's I've visited has handled my request in the same great way. Keep up the good work! I miss the Hardee's that used to be on Columbia Ave. in Franklin, TN.
