Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin' Donuts, what more can be said? It is a popular spot so expect to wait a bit longer, but it is definitely worth the extra few minutes.
The staff is always very polite and efficient! The app makes it quick and easy to order exactly what you want without any wait!
I've been to maybe five or six different dunkin' donuts mostly the ones in my area where I live. This one that I visit is closer to my work so I've come here a couple times. Each time I've come here it's been not the greatest experience. Super long waits. Average customer service. Coffee is just okay. My biggest complaint that I have is... THE BACON SNACK STRIPS ARE SERVED COLD!! Nobody likes cold bacon. And this has happened twice now. One time a lady went to go put my bag of food in the drive
They did not understand what I asked for, but instead of asking clarification they gave me whatever they thought I needed! I told them, that it was not what I ordered, but since I paid for it, I'll keep it...instead they called the manager! In my opinion, there was no need for the manager since I was still paying for it! I explained to him that I was staying with order, but it was not what I ordered and he said they didn't sell what I ordered! And I said that if you didn't carry it anymore, then
It's a little before 10pm just left DD in front of Target got a large black coffee and a cappuccino mocha blast. The blast was not like I had it last time awful no ice tasted like straight creamer! And we asked when were the donuts made, early this morning was the answer we got wow! Should have went to Starbucks and next time we will at least they are consistent. Sorry you guys have went down over the years.
