We should have been refunded it was just awful. Hope to hear back soon.

They never have food, thei... read more This dunkin is the worst dunkin ever. I keep going back thinking they?ll get it right because I live down the road and they NEVER do. They never have food, their ovens are always down, they never have people working so you wait 30 mins plus for yourcoffee, and they never make your drinks right. After trying a million times I?m never going back again after today when theycouldn?t even make a hot chocolate taste normal and had no food again.

They charged us for our munchkins but didn’t include them in the order and failed to inform us about a substitution they made. Additionally, it took over 20 minutes to complete our order. If I could give Dunkin' 0 stars, I definitely would. Their menu needs serious improvement.

The poor design appears to be the fault of upper management rather than the staff, who do their best under challenging circumstances. It always seems to be understaffed. Today, I was disappointed to find that there were no Halloween-themed donuts available for sale. No Halloween donuts on Halloween morning during the rush? The woman taking orders at the drive-thru said it was a corporate issue. In previous years, you always had them available. The Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street had a nice selection, but Port Royal had none, likely due to a lack of effort.
