I cannot support a restaurant that serves obviously old food.

My family and I waited for 2.5 hours at the Spring Hill, TN location from the time we checked in until our food was brought out. Two of us had ordered biscuits... read more My family and I waited for 2.5 hours at the Spring Hill, TN location from the time we checked in until our food was brought out. Two of us had ordered biscuits and gravy, but after 2.5 hours, everything was brought out except for the biscuits and gravy as they were out of gravy. We left without eating. Out of the 100 locations I have visited, Spring Hill, TN is consistently the worst. Despite being only five minutes away, we will never go back. Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else. The Spring Hill location is consistently disappointing and should consider closing down and reopening as a new restaurant.

She took some time to play a little game... read more We dined there a few weeks ago and I was thoroughly impressed! First and foremost, our waitress, Helen, was fantastic! She took some time to play a little game with my 3-year-old, who kept asking her to engage. I've never encountered a waitress as wonderful as her, and the food was excellent as well!
