bought bacon king 2 for $7 deal got at home no speck on both. no salt on frits, no ketchup, straws were handed over for me to choose one or one cup. called, I had 24 hours to replace the burgers. who wants to follow burger 2 days? this is not an everyday event for us. View all feedback.
I drove up to the drive-thru at a fast food restaurant on Halloween night with a simple order. There was only one car in line ahead of me. I arrived at 6:00 pm and didn't receive my order until 6:16 pm. I had asked for my order to be handed out at the first window since the only car in front of me was at the second window waiting for their order. However, the staff member refused without offering an explanation or any customer service. This slow service and lack of apologies are not uncommon at this particular location, although it is conveniently located near my home and gym. The food quality was also poor, with tasteless and cold items. I will not be returning to this restaurant and question the management of the establishment. Waiting 16 minutes for two cars is unacceptable.
I purchased the bacon king 2 for $7 deal, but when I got home, there was no bacon on either of the burgers. The fries had no salt or ketchup, and I had to pick a straw out of a cup myself. When I called to complain, I was told I had 24 hours to go back and get the burgers replaced. Who wants to eat burgers two days in a row? This is a rare occurrence for us, not something we would do everyday.
This Burger King location is the worst I have ever been to. The management is ineffective, the staff is rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and slow. I waited 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. This level of service is unacceptable. Despite having multiple bad experiences, I kept coming back because it is the closest BK to me. However, after this last experience, I will be going to Wendy's across the street. They offer much friendlier, faster, and more accurate service.
Paid by the mobile app and got the promotion where if they buy a new chicken sandwich, they will get a free whopper. When I arrived, I waited for a loudspeaker, but no one said something, as there were 2 cars ahead, I just moved forward. when I came into the window after the 2 cars got in front of her, I told the cashier that I had a mobile order, and they advised on the back that they needed the 2 items I asked, and I heard someone call out, I just used the last of them or something similar. I heard she said they needed to make new ones. it took about 10-15 minutes after she had pointed out that and eating itself was good, but when I came home to eat, I noticed the note from the kitchen that I did not really appreciate. the food itself was good, but I don't think it was worth traveling out of my way to make sure that I was able to get to a Burger king that was opened a little later.
Rude service, missing eating or doing it wrong.i ordered a chocolate shaker and I got a vanilla shake with chocolate syrup on the bottom. When I asked if it was chocolate that she looks at, looks at me, look at it and goes, she saw that it was vanilla with chocolate syrup.
