Came to pick up a large to-go order and they were super busy, hard to find a parking spot. Bogo wing night is usually this way. The hostess was polite and my order was ready a whole 5 min late. I expected much worse. Order was correct, hot and fresh. Great job overall. View all feedback.
What Brian Sandhaus doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
We've visited this location multiple times since moving here nearly two years ago, and I'm sorry to report that the restaurant seems to be on a decline. They seem to be consistently short-staffed. While the food is usually good when it arrives, the service has been a bit slow due to this staffing issue. The best servers tend to leave after a short time, moving on to other places. Unfortunately, they've also discontin... View all feedback.
My 8yr old I arrive just before 7pm. 1:4 of the restaurant was closed I?m assuming staff issues. We were instructed to go find a table at the bar or in the area (no problem). However, the table was sticky gross from the last guest. Our server took our drink order promptly returned with our beverages took our order of boneless chicken nothing special. When she passed, I asked for some napkins to clean the table off. She complied with several napkins 2 forks. The table was sticky but we made due. We waited. Waited. Waited. No chicken. 45 minutes goes by I joked with our server about ordering chicken from a chicken place? Another 20 minutes goes by No Chicken. We decided to leave but wanted to be fair to the server. I left $11 to cover the beer sprite then walked to the front to see a manager. It seemed as if he were playing or hiding in the kitchen. The manager came out I explained we had waited for well over an hour for boneless chicken. He didn?t seem surprised but did say, ?sorry?. He asked what he could do. I explained, ?we?ll never be back.? He seemed okay with it?. smh I warned 2 other groups of 3 that chicken at a chicken place takes about an hour and a half. They were just as surprised to hear my story. The 8 of us went by Johnathan?s that was PACKED then decided for Logan?s across the street. They were busy but accommodating. I told the story to our server bartender. They were not shocked and were treated the same way. We ordered a TON of food tipped our server $250. Thanks, B dubs for a failed opportunity in Springhill. As I told the ?manager?, we will not be back. I assume the other 6 in our party feel the same. If possible, I?ll tell as many others in the area just how caring the management is about this experience. Server FANTASTIC! She can only do as she?s led to do. Manager BAD.
Update....Have this place another try a week later because co-workers wanted to watch game. Female bartender was good, the male bartender was there also. He was more attentive with customers but could still do ALOT better. Nice guy but needs improvement multitasking on orders.

We haven?t been to this location in over 6 months due to bad food and service. We came in today to give it a chance again. Today the food was super fresh and drinks were good but Marina stole the show. She was our server and came to the table with energy and was on top of everything. We will be coming back and asking for her for sure!
This place had over have of its tables closed. I saw one group simply after being rooks that there were not available tables in a dining room that had over half of the tables empty. Our waitress was inattentive at best. She brought us bone in wings when we had asked for boneless. When it was pointed out, she made no attempt to make it right or acknowledge that she had made a mistake. I would also add that this and all places that serve alcohol should be allowed, by law, to use common sense. When 2 people sit down, one in their 50s and one in their 60s, its absurd to even be required to ask for ID to serve alcohol, much less refuse to serve them without id.
