Bowl 360 Strike City Spring Hill

Not sure what happened to this place. Since the new owner service it has become terrible. Waiting staff doesn't care how they chat and flirt with all the guys then never come to your area. Bartenders stand at the other end of the bar and never recognize and if they do as if they cannot be disturbed. 4 of us came to drink a normal 12 beer through the night. We're lucky if we get 1 beer now. 3 weeks in a row we could even get a beer until the 3rd league game. Fearable and I can only imagine how much money they lose. I'm so glad this is the last night of the leagues, because I won't come back.

The bar staff is amazing! Too bad the new owners can't gather any tips. I hope you will pay them at least one LIVING WAGE and not $10/hr, just to try a quick Buck off people to pay their bills.

Fun place to bowl with friends and family. Eating portions are generous and quite delicious! Friday and Saturday evenings are fun with unlimited bowling and music. If you are looking for a calmer and more relaxed bowling experience, come early on the day they open.

A wonderful place to enjoy some family fun. Strike City is very clean and well managed. We've stuffed three games and played some arcade games. We had a great time.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. Service has become horrible over the recent past and morale has declined with the staff. Prices are on the HIGH side. Management is even worse. I was threatened and insulted by the General Manager, Robert Bobby, for not tipping to his standards and was asked to leave. I contacted the owners to make a complaint and was ignored not answered. Spend your money somewhere else, trust me!!! Your money spends anywhere. Find a place with at least Halfway Decent prices that is better managed and with good customer service. His so called depiction of the events are mostly lies, as I would expect from someone as unprofessional and inexperienced as he is. It is true that I called him a bad name he deserved it! Telling me how to spend my money. That 's the only truth! SNOWFLAKE! He has no video. I invite anyone to ask him to see it. I have been going there and spending time and money for 6 years.Long before this guy. Funny how all of the sudden I am a problem. Desperate people...LIE! Funny how the subject of the complaint is the one to respond. Nothing fumy going.on here??? HA!
