Food was good but it took WAY too long to get two sandwiches for lunch to go...over 40 minutes with no apology or explanation of a mishap. I try it again, but not if I was on a schedule. View all feedback.

Normally love jj's, but tonight i was so disappointed...over 30mins for a salad, which i got and was not even worth the 10 bucks i paid...only half the tray..the other salad's ranch got put into a bag not closed all the way..ranch mess! it will be a while before i decide to spend money there again. :
