Clean storefront, clean bathrooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good, hot, fresh. My first time at Wingstop- but absolutely not my last! Thank you ladies for your great attitudes! View all feedback.

Last three times they messed up our order or this last time they acted like they didn?t even have our order till I showed my CC receipt and they FINALLY found it! Really! The Bulverde store sucks and is always behind or messed up! Get some new management!You lost our business and hopefully others will post because every time I show up others are having problems too! Was a really good visit! Alicia was really cool with us and the staff was nice as well.
Food is good. Only complaint is the quantify of veggie sticks varies greatly from each time I e visited.
I tried them for my second time. Sign outside stated all guests required to wear masks. Customer before me went in without, so I went in too. Not one employee asked for a mask. THAT gets you my business. Got the Atomic and Louisiana wings. I like crispy hot wings. Both were good, but Louisiana wings were better, because they were crispy. I LOVE spicy, but if the spicy doesn't have good flavor and the hotness ruins the flavor it's not good. Flavor gets you three stars, no mask gets you four.
