However, the young lady who handed me my food had an attitude that made me feel like I was at fault for not receiving my orange juice. I don't understand why fast food places charge so much when the customer service is lacking. To top it off, I found a few eggshells in my Sausage McMuffin. You can go if you want; it’s McDonald's after all.

I understand... read more The young woman at the drive-thru window seemed quite unhappy and didn’t acknowledge my cheerful greeting; I told her I hoped she had a great day. I understand everyone has off days, but a little politeness goes a long way instead of just pushing the bag out the window. It would also help if more attention were given when handing out orders. If we ever decide to return, I’ll make sure to double-check the items. In the end, we ended up throwing most of the food away, and I resorted to making oatmeal at home, which I probably should have done from the beginning. I tried calling three times yesterday to inform them about the mistake, but no one answered the phone.

Over al,l not a good idea to spend $20 on two meals . I believe it is time to let this one go.
