I ordered my pizza through the mobile app and was able to pick it up easily from their pizza portal in under 10 minutes. The pizza was delicious! Sat in line for over 10 mins while the same car never moved from the window pickup. I went inside and got my pizzas, and the car never moved. Employee at the register had headphones in, making it hard to figure out if he's listening to you or music/whatever. Employees should be more conscious of what's going on in/at the store. They are constantly getting our order wrong and it obviously has been sitting there for a long time while we are painfully sitting outside for 30 minutes and that’s after we placed the order online 25 mins before.We asked for extra sauce and got basically no sauce
Waited 25 plus minutes in the drive through for a BASIC cheese pizza.
The Bulverde location CANNOT get it together. EVERY visit I have a problem with NOT getting what I ordered and is getting very frustrating. I waited 1.15 hours for a order, don't understand it, I think that this a norm for fast food.

I ordered through the website and never received a notification that my pizza was ready until after it was already eaten. The system indicated my pizza went into the oven at 6:18, but I ended up going into the store to ask about it at 6:50. They had my pizza ready, but it wasn’t loaded into the pizza portal, and the app status hadn't been updated until after I picked it up, took it home, ate it, and cleaned up. The pizza was decent, but it might have been better if I could have picked it up fresh out of the oven.
If it were possible, I would give this place zero stars. I tried to get someone's attention, but no one noticed me, so I went inside. Although there were people in the back and staff at the front, I waited around 5-10 minutes without anyone offering help. In the end, I took my business elsewhere. The Shell Station down the street has far better service and pizza. I will NEVER return!
Placed an order to pick up online, came at 11:10 am, and the door was locked and lights off. We paid online, so now we will have to find a way to be reimbursed. I was picking up for a birthday party that started earlier that morning, so had to miss majority of the party to get the food for everyone. GO TO MARCO?s, NOT HERE! Marco?s worked together to get my order done as fast as possible.
Went inside and placed an order. It was ready in 10 minutes. I don?t remember his name, but the gentleman with dreads was fast and nice! Yummy pizza too!
I just wanted to enjoy some pizza—nothing more. When I placed my order, the staff member immediately warned me that it would take a while to prepare. I hadn't pre-ordered, so I was prepared to wait, but her tone was quite off-putting. She was short and stocky, and her attitude came off as very unwelcoming. Despite this, I decided to go through with my order after seeing the price of $6.49 displayed. However, when the bill came, it was actually $2 more. When I asked about the difference, she said that all the prices were incorrect and needed to be removed. Regardless of whether those prices were right, they were publicly posted and should have been honored. I left feeling completely disappointed by the whole experience.

I visited Little Caesars Pizza specifically to order a sausage pizza. When I told the staff my order, the employee immediately said, in a rather boastful tone, that it would take some time to prepare. I hadn’t pre-ordered, so I expected a wait, but her attitude felt quite rude. Despite that, I decided to proceed since the price of $6.49 was clearly displayed above her station. However, when she rang up my order, the total was $2 higher. When I asked about the difference, she said all the displayed prices were incorrect and should be removed. Regardless of whether the prices were accurate, they were prominently shown and should have been honored. I was so upset by the experience that I left without my order.
I've been to Little Caesars Pizza several times, and I've noticed that the staff often seem distracted. It's frustrating because having a drive-thru pizza place is a fantastic idea, but the experience leaves much to be desired. The owner is missing a valuable chance to improve their business.
This is one of the worst places to get pizza. The quality is very poor, and the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered several pizzas that arrived cold and undercooked. I waited inside, and they said my pizzas were still being prepared, so I don’t understand how they ended up coming out cold. I also tried their so-called "world-famous" pizza, which is supposed to have over 100 pepperonis, but it had only about 20 or fewer. While waiting, I overheard employees arguing loudly and using profanity, which was extremely unprofessional.
I would give zero stars if it were possible. I went to the drive-thru and no one acknowledged me, so I went inside. There were two people in the back and one person waiting at the front, but I stood there for 5-10 minutes without any assistance. I ended up leaving and took my business elsewhere. The Shell station down the road offers better service and pizza. I WILL NEVER RETURN!
