Delicious food at excellent prices! The breakfast tacos are amazing, and the service is consistently warm and friendly.
It's a fantastic restaurant! It can get a bit noisy, but the staff kindly allowed us to sit in the closed-off area, away from the live music.
I love this place, they have great food and excellent service. I look forward to my next burrito.
Based on just a few visits, here are my thoughts: The fajitas were a letdown. However, both the corn and flour tortillas, made in-house, were excellent. For breakfast, we enjoyed the migas and the barbacoa, and the sausage links were smoky and really tasty as well.
1st trip- The food was not great. Had the top shelf margaritas and they were the worst margaritas I have had. 2nd trip- through the drive thru, ordered 3 tacos was asked to pull up in line and waited for 17 minutes while everyone behind me received their orders. I finally asked the server where my food was and was told there must have been some mistake. Not happy with the service.
A popular Mexican eatery offers a mixed dining experience. Breakfast and some dishes, like in-house tortillas and barbacoa, receive praise for flavor and quality. The lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and enjoyable margaritas enhance visits. However, inconsistent service—especially with larger groups or during lunch—and slow order times diminish the experience. Some guests report cold food and errors in to-go orders, leading to frustration. While the restaurant excels with breakfast and certain menu items, others find the Tex-Mex flavors lacking authenticity. Overall, it’s a spot with potential but inconsistent execution that may suit smaller parties and early visits best.

Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tex Mex Cheese Enchilada Plate, Chips and Salsa, Steak
Had the tex mex enchiladas. They looked great but the ground meat in it was dense and not too tasty. My husband had the enchiladas Swissas and said they was not enough sauce. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Tex Mex Cheese Enchilada Plate, Enchiladas
The prices are on the higher side, along with some steep tipping options. Food: 4/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
Food was good, elevated fast food. Service was not so fast. Recommend the chicken tortilla soup. The combination plater gives a taste of the taco and enchilada. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Puffy Tacos
Good food, great pricing, it's just trying to compare this to other taquerias is where they fall a star short. This is great mexican food, for Bulverd, and eill always stop by for a fix. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I visited for lunch on October 30th, and it was our first time at this restaurant. The food was good, but we had expected it to be even better. The quiche was unusually thick, which was surprising. Additionally, the service was slower than it should have been, especially considering the place wasn't busy at all.
We visited the restaurant after lunch and found it quite busy with many people there before dinner. There was a TV showing sports, which was a nice touch. The service was prompt, and our server had a great personality. They allowed us to enjoy our margaritas without rushing us, which was refreshing. The salsa and guacamole were delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
We used to enjoy coming here on Sundays after church, but our most recent visit was disappointing due to incredibly slow service. It took half an hour just to get our drink order, and over an hour to receive our food. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this issue. The waiter struggles with larger groups; it seems that service improves with smaller parties of three or four, but we found it better to avoid this restaurant when dining with a larger group. We noticed that smaller tables received their orders, ate, paid, and left before we even had our food order taken. Once our order was finally taken, we waited over an hour, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold. Unfortunately, our group has decided we won't be returning. We simply can't wait over half an hour for drinks and even longer for our order to be taken.
Great place for lunch or dinner! 100% recommended. and this chicken-to-canilla soup was fantastic.
Fast, hot, authentic, Fresh, Family friendly dining at it 's best. Easy access to major intersections coming from San Antonio, Bulverde, New Braunfels. Try the Fajitas for Two. You won 't be disappointed! (Started at a 5 Star. Slowly sank to a 3 Star. Fast service In. Unaccepatably SLOW Service Out the door, unfortunately. Suggestion: hire more folks. There just wasn 't enough wait staff. Once folks are done dining, give them their tab in a decent timeframe)

We were there after lunch crowd and before supper so not alot of people there. TVs to watch the sports. Quick service, great personality, gave us time to drink our margaritas first no hassle. The salsa and guacamole were really good. Really enjoyedourselves!
We have enjoyed coming here on Sunday after church but lately the service has become incredibly slow. This last visit it took over half an hour for our drink order, and well over an hour for food. Not the first time we've had this issue. The waitstaff isill-equipped for larger groups. If you are 3 or 4 people it should be fine but definitely avoid this place if your group islarger. We saw smaller tables place their orders, get their food, finish, pay and leave before they even took our table's foodorder. When they finally took our order, we'd been seated for a full hour plus. It took another half hour plus to get our foodand by then it was cold. Sadly, our group will not be back. We simply can't wait over half an hour before our drinks arrive andour order is even taken.
