I can only give 1 star because of the level of how I'm always upset about my order. Of course they will not answer the phone ever cause they know they have messed up. Fries are so greased SOAKED BURNED its ridiculous and if you don't have high bloodpressure you will that day with the amount of SALT Seasoning on them over cooked hard wings. I always have to rinse (Bucketof Salt) them off and rebake in order to tollerate.....REALLY WINGSTOP!!! Spending over $50.....REALLY!!. IM OVER IT IM DONEWITH THEM!!

We placed an UberEats order for this Wingstop at 7:56 on 11/13. I cancelled it at 7:57 because it said it would potentially be 9:20 before I got my order 1 hour 24 minutes). then today we got a $19.51 cancellation fee because Wingstop said they hadalready started preparing our food. Mind you, I cancelled the order in less than a minute from placing it. Additionally, we satin the parking lot of Wingstop and placed an order through their website, which said a 20 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes andwent in, to find out that they never saw my order. I showed them my online order and they said it would be about 30 minutesbefore it would be made. Given these facts, I find it hard to believe that they started our UberEats order within seconds of itbeing placed and are therefore charging what I think is a bogus cancellation fee. Once I did pick the food up, the guy at theregister told me I might want to check and make sure it's right, which to me implies they're getting things wrong. My order wasin fact right. The workers were really nice. However, for management to decide a cancellation fee is appropriate for an ordercancelled in less than a minute from being place, is not good business!

I recently returned to this restaurant for the first time in years. The food was satisfactory, but I only received one flavor instead of the two I ordered—it was presented as if it were two different flavors. The service was average, but the restaurant itself was clean.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff was unsatisfactory, to say the least. I ordered two wings but received two burgers instead. When I returned to address their mistake, they refused to help me—even though I had my receipt and photos clearly showing the error. They suggested I call the manager, as if he would rummage through my trash for proof. I will definitely not be coming back to this terrible place.

I attempted to call the restaurant, but no one picked up. So, I decided to drive there and parked right in front. I called again and noticed an employee sitting on her cell phone while my call rang. Rather than leaving, I went inside. The staff, a young man and woman, appeared annoyed that I had come in. I asked a few questions, but they couldn't provide any answers. Ultimately, I went next door and ended up spending $75 on pizza for my family at home. Great job, Wing Stop.
