Wingstop - Spring
Wingstop
Description
Tucked into a busy neighborhood, this spot is praised for friendly staff, hot fresh food and a clean, pleasant atmosphere, yet suffers from inconsistency. Peak hours can mean slow service, order mistakes and even undercooked items. Phone lines frequently go unanswered and the soda machine is often broken, though many guests still enjoy reliably good visits. Expect a warm, casual experience when they’re running smoothly — but be prepared for variability and call-in frustrations.
Feedback
The food was awful. I placed my order over the phone and specifically asked for all flats, but instead, I received all drums. I couldn't believe it felt like a prank. The chicken was undercooked, the French fries were burnt, and grease was oozing out of the bag. I won’t be returning, and I’ll make sure to inform all my family and friends about this experience. Rating: 1/5.
I'm giving this restaurant two stars because they NEVER answer the phone! The food is excellent, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is lovely, but they really should consider hiring someone to manage phone calls. It seems like they are losing out on a lot of business. I shouldn't have to drive further just to place my order by phone. ?? Food: 5/5
If you choose to place an online order, be ready to add at least 15 minutes to the pickup time, even during slower periods. The food is tasty and fresh, but the wait can be quite frustrating, especially when you’re trying to coordinate around the estimated time given by the app. I live nearby and often find myself waiting at home until my order is ready before going to pick it up. Also, if you request any specific adjustments, like changes to the seasoning, be sure to double-check your order. I’ve stopped ordering the corn because I always ask for less seasoning, but that request is consistently overlooked.
This one needs work, soda machine is always broken. Workers are pretty cool, generally positive vibe. They get swamped though and it can take a while to get your food.Food: 3/5
