To my surprise, neither combo included the toast! This really altered my experience, and I was quite disappointed.

I sent them back and ordered a chili cheeseburger with fries, but that arrived cold as well. I asked for mustard, and while the server prepared it, he placed it 20 feet away from me instead of bringing it to the table. When I inquired why he didn't deliver it, he shot me a menacing look, almost like a gangster. I reminded him that we're well-armed here in Texas, given that it's an open carry state. After reading several other reviews, it's clear that cold food is a recurring issue at this restaurant. Six reviews in the past month have pointed out the same problem. The district manager should consider spending some time here or think about closing this place down. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Instead of the raspberry white chocolate shake I ordered, I was given a vanilla shake. To my astonishment, the staff had the audacity to argue with me about it. They went to the kitchen, came back, and offered to let me speak with the manager; however, I overheard them say, "Oh, actually, they messed up." To make matters worse, I didn't even receive a receipt for my order.

However, there is one outstanding employee—her name is something like Issy—who always goes out of her way to fix any issues. I truly appreciate her commitment and genuine care for customers! There's also a young man who consistently delivers great service.
