When I received our food, one of the sandwich... read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru and the woman working there was extremely rude. When I received our food, one of the sandwiches was incorrect. I informed the woman, and she became defensive, insisting that I had ordered something different even though I had ordered three of the same item. Additionally, she only gave me two Frostys when I had ordered three. She seemed hesitant to give me the third Frosty and I had to ask for it twice. I will not be returning to this Wendy's and I do not recommend visiting this location.

I ordered online and sat in drive through for half a hour for someone to come on speaker drove to second window to see if anything was wrong and got no response... read more I ordered online and sat in drive through for half a hour for someone to come on speaker drove to second window to see if anything was wrong and got no response till 20 minutes after sitting at window and then they still got my order wrong. Food was cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours.
