Eswaldo, the manager, provides the best customer service I've ever experienced. I look forward to every visit!
Rude and got mad because I asked for my money back. If I want my money back just give me my money back ain’t no need to be upset. Won’t be going back.
I've been disappointed to find that they run out of cookies every day—especially the footlong cookie! Additionally, the staff could use some improvement; they're not friendly at all and don't even greet customers.
The staff member who works in the morning is not friendly at all. It's off-putting—there's nothing welcoming about the service. While they clearly work hard, even the owners don’t provide service like this. A white woman who serves in the morning does so with obvious reluctance.
