The old lunch crew used to take forever and the line of cu... read more I used to hate coming here. I only did it becauseI work around the corner and I’m limited on options. The old lunch crew used to take forever and the line of customer would never move and they would act like they didn’t see you when you came in. They don’t speak English so it would take forever for each h sandwich because they were struggling.Now, this new crew. The new lunch management is phenomenal. The place is clean. My sandwich was made perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I came in. I truly hopes it stays this way. If so, I’ll be here all the time!

This was the only open... read more I arrived at 9:25 and was informed by the employee that the restaurant closes at 9:30, despite the sign on the front door stating 10 pm. This was the only open option in town due to a power outage, aside from McDonald's and Jack in the Box. I found this situation to be unreasonable. When I pointed out the discrepancy with the closing time, the employee explained that he leaves at 10 pm, so he has to close at 9:30 to leave on time. As a general manager of a restaurant that also closes at 10 pm, I know this is not how it typically works. I will not be returning to this location. Overall, the experience was completely ridiculous.

After inquiring about my order, the employee asked for my name, checked the ticket, and then proceeded to help other customers in line. When I mentioned canceling my order, she finally decided to make it. I will most likely choose a different location for future orders.
