Star Cinema Grill - Spring

The first time in a star cinema, and what a great first impression. when we went through the doors, my man and I were like faaancy, but on non-obnoxic wise. the place was well furnished, really nice staff and it was very clean, even the toilets. my man and I have the premium pot seating with the turnedileer. there was a deck that was folded on each of our lying who was great because I tend to run cold. they were so relaxing, and even if they were completely extended, there were no obstacles for the way in front of us to foot for others. they could also have a heating on the chair that my man said was relaxing. there was a tablet that can be pushed near or far from them that has the service button for the waiter. three cup holders with the middle poor numbs that gave them the opportunity to also lift up to not the parter armrest. our waiter was friendly, and in contrast to other movie theatres serving food / drinks, there was an air of quality service. the food and the drinks came out quickly. we also found out that the premium seat came with free popcorn! the pod made the experience much more intimate and I didn't feel like I was harassing someone when I was leaning to whisper my man. there was a small light button that could be used when needed, as if we shared some frits and I wanted to see how much cheese remained. the sound and screen quality were the top notch. we go into the movies once in a blue moon because the streaming them home seemed more private and do not have to be harassed by people who share a poor rest or squeeze through. I think from now on, we have to go here when we look at certain films in a theatre. the premium seats can cost more, but it was worth it!

Beautiful staff, only a beautiful place bartender was brilliant, made the drinks under one minute. the service was perfectly attentive and absolutely phenomenal.

Nice theatre. good location. very nice and fast server. the staff of the front was very helpful and welcoming. the theater itself was smaller than most, but very clean. the sound was amazing and the seats were very nice. I have not ordered a food (only popcorn and drink) so I can't evaluate the food, but what I saw appetit. I'd be 10. they also cried after batman who made pictures with us.

The ambiente is everything. very cozy, clean great atmosphere. ideal for romantic date. had some chicken wings and sweet potato frits. is delicious the word! I rated a 4 and not 5 due to the service in food, it could be better. the participant was not attentive to the guests.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a movie theater until today 02/26/22 at 1:40pm I took my twin toddlers to see abmoninal the cartoon movie. On their website they state children under 3 are free my twins are 2 years old. I purchased tickets for me and my husband as our twins are free we gave the cashier our tickets and she begins to tell us our children are not free they will need to paid for so I agreed and paid anyway I go on their website and confirm my children are free and she still argues me down until the manager comes and verified I was correct. As we began to sit down to watch the movie we order food and drinks. The pizza never came out until the end of our 2 hour long movie and it comes burnt. Also the server never returned with our change. We will not be returning.
