Service by the cashier was great and food was good. Giving a lower rating as I believe that we as customers should have the option to substitute the biscuit for a side. Dirty floors ,dirty restroom,smelled like weed and chicken was old n dry ,would not recommend this place to a dog.
This place suck from the mangers on Down to employees I asked for fresh wings and they refried the ones that was already in the window I will never come to this Popeyes again and o know the GM gets these reviews people leave because I was a GM for a restaurant with that being said she don’t care either next I’m going to contact corporate

I can’t tell you how the food taste but Carlos gave excellent customer service. I’ve never been to a Popeyes that had great service. Great guy! Carlos you will go far.
It’s 11:27am , which is lunch time. I go inside to order , menu not available, 20 minutes for food, and the manager or whoever is the lead gave no cares for customer service. This location is a joke.
