One of th... read more I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I noticed that the employees were preparing food without wearing hair nets or gloves. One of the staff even wiped her nose with her forearm. While I waited, I kept thinking I should just go home and grab something to eat. Ultimately, I regretted spending $30 here and won’t be coming back until management addresses these hygiene issues. It's a matter of health and common sense.

We've been loyal customers of Pizza Hut for years and have spent a lot on birthday orders, but we will no longer be ordering from them! I placed an order for pizza over an hour ago, and it still hasn't been delivered! When I called, I was connected to a so-called manager who had no information about my order. He kept saying sorry but offered no assistance whatsoever. He mentioned that the delivery times are just estimates and could take much longer! I'm still waiting, and it's been over an hour with no pizza! This is just embarrassing!!!!!

The local staff is never helpful and always tries to connect you to corporate customer service, which is a mess in its own.

After several failed attempts to call, I finally reached a staff member who explained that my order had mistakenly been assigned to a delivery driver, even though there weren't any available. Eventually, a delivery driver did arrive, but he refused to take my order. If there are no drivers available, it's important for the restaurant to inform customers about the situation, especially when their pizza has been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes.

In recent months, my pizza has consistently arrived fresh in about 30 minutes. Great job—keep it going! However, I used to have a terrible experience at this location. The delivery took nearly 2 hours, and when my pizza finally arrived, it was usually cold. To make matters worse, it was impossible to get in touch with anyone at the store by phone to voice my concerns. Because of that, I vowed never to order from here again.

I tried calling to get my order while standing outside, but the employee was on a personal call and seemed to be arguing. I eventually gave up on curbside service. Now we just place pickup orders, but that’s a whole different issue. More often than not, they get the order wrong. There are a few female employees who seem to have an attitude when the order doesn't go as planned. I love the pizza, but I really dislike dealing with this location.

Manager called they were out of onions, I said put jalapeños on half! .Chicken is brown dried out there was no cheese jalapeños over most of pizza. Taste like cardboard! Called to complain , sat on hold forever then hung up Called againtalked to employee regarding issue, put on hold again then disconnected! Never ordering from this location again!!!
