Pizza Hut - Spring

This is the best place for pizza in the area! I have ordered delivery at least three times and each time the pizza has been hot and delicious.

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered online for curbside pickup and waited over 20 minutes after receiving an email saying someone would be out shortly. The elderly employee was extremely rude. When I questioned him, he condescendingly asked if I could read. If I had ordered online and received a confirmation, how was I supposed to know to look for a small sign in the window? I will never come back to this place. The pizza was decent, but they clearly don't know how to hire good employees.

I ordered curbside pickup online, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that the service was not currently available. My meal was served cold and not cooked thoroughly. Additionally, I did not receive the correct sauce for my mozzarella sticks and the ranch dressing was not good. Overall, it was a waste of money.

Love eating, but the service was terrible. fires everyone at this place except the dame who works the counter. this poor lady has treated nothing but wrong order, and it was absolutely ridiculous. about an hour waiting for 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls doesn't make any sense.

Although it took an hour, it was a busy part of the day. The online tracking was very inaccurate, however, the staff more than made up for it with their friendliness and professionalism. Kudos to the entire team, from those who made my order, the gentleman who answered my questions over the phone and the driver who called to let me know when my order was dropped off at my door as requested. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
