What User doesn't like about Orazure Hand Roasted Coffee Shop:
First off, the staff was extremely rude and not personable when I asked if their location was new (I always shop at HEB and never noticed it). Was just trying to make friendly conversation.Secondly, the coffee was almost $8 when I could have gone to Starbucks and gotten something better and lower price. View all feedback.
I had a mixed experience at this café. The first time, I ordered an iced coffee, requesting it to be strong but sweet. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too sweet for my taste, even though I had specified how I wanted it. It was disappointing that they didn't offer sugar packets on the side. However, the staff member who served me was friendly. Fast forward a few days later when I visited again during my 15-minute lunch break at work. I politely asked a staff member if I could sit down for a moment because my feet were hurting. I noticed that I wasn't allowed to have coffee in that area and was directed to a pantry instead. Even after explaining that I was in pain, the employee was quite rude and dismissive. I had initially planned to buy one of their baked goods, but he interrupted me and wouldn’t listen, leaving me with no time to argue since I was on a tight schedule. As for the coffee itself, it felt overpriced and watered down. It seems that if someone leaves a negative review, the staff tries to discredit them by digging into their history of reviews. Now that I work at Starbucks, I can assure you that our customers feel welcomed and receive good value for their money. I hope they do better in the future, but for now, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Norazure offers some of the best baked goods and strong coffee around. The staff is very friendly and even provides home delivery! Their pistachio earthberry loaf was one of the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!
My drink that I got from here was very good (cooked mocha!) here is a sweet little load in heb on champions forest and 99. the owner had taken a second, so I wait a few minutes until he came back, as he was the only one who worked there. I'm taking off a star because the owner seemed a little disgusting, but the drink itself was good.
