Took my kids and wife to lunch. They not only brought our food out to us but walked around to offer refills and to pick up trash. The food was made well and hot. I had the best experience I have had at a McDonald's in years. I highly recommend this location. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
a terrible customer service, so the people go to Chick-fil-A. not only that someone in the drive-thru could not get the command right, but they still misunderstood it when they gave it to me. I asked for frying without salt, covered with salt and half full, and smiling. a drink without an ice, another cup full. I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant, which is probably why so many people prefer Chick-fil-A. Not only did the person at the drive-thru struggle to take my order, but they also misunderstood my requests when they handed me my food. I asked for fries without salt, but they were loaded with salt and only half filled. I also requested a drink without ice, yet received a cup full of ice. I ended up tossing the entire meal because it was completely wrong. I was even considering ordering extra fries, but with the way things were going, I didn’t trust they would get that right either. They should really reconsider their hiring practices and stop bringing in inexperienced workers. Perhaps they could take a few cues from Chick-fil-A's approach to customer service.
The management is poorly handled and tends to argue with customers instead of listening to them. Additionally, they often run out of items, including eggs for breakfast.
Deciding to try the drive-thru for my next visit, I specifically told the employee twice that I wanted a matcha wrap. However, when I got to the next window, my order was incorrect. The manager asked me to either swap it out and wait or accept a different item. I explained that it wasn't a huge issue since it was just a drink, but she informed me that she wouldn’t serve me again if I didn’t change my order. Every time I visit this restaurant, my order seems to be messed up.
Good customer service and eat pretty well. some time I taste a plastic taste on the breakfast sandwiches.
I witness the manager pull her mask down and wipe her nose with her hand while in the food preparation area . After she noticed I was looking at her she pulled her mask back up. I thought for sure she would wash her hands. Not!!! I told another team member my observation who then shared my concerns . The manager started speaking in Spanish which I completely understood what she was saying to her co-worker. I told her the right thing to was wash your hand out of respect for the customers and your co-workers.
