The dining experience at this restaurant is fantastic! The food tastes fresh and homemade, just like something from your mother's kitchen. Although the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality of the food justifies it. My only criticism is that I wish the tacos were a bit larger. I would recommend ordering at least three tacos to make it a satisfying meal. View all feedback.
What Krystah Smith doesn't like about La Regia:
We have had this joint several times. Breakfast tacos are good but the last three times we’ve come here the tacos are never what we order. The order has been wrong every single time these last few times. Which is frustrating bc we pay more for the tacos we order. It just happened again and I can’t say we will back again. It’s unfortunate. We live too far to make it a drive back just to attempt to get it exchanged. View all feedback.
Since it was my first time in Southern Texas, I wanted to try some quality street-style tacos, and La Regia has to be one of the best. Everything I had was homemade, fresh, and authentic. These tacos may have been the best I've ever had. I also tried Menudo for the first time here, and it was delicious. Although it might not be everyone's cup of tea, it was a tasty soup that's great for a cooler winter day.

The desabrado, asada de puerco and bacon egg and cheese tacos are 10 out of 10, will be returning for sure
I usually order your breakfast tacos when it’s my turn to cover for our meetings, your tacos is everyone’s favorites! The barbacoa is so lean too!! Salsa hits the spot!
A friend recommended La Regia for breakfast tacos and I’m so glad we tried them! My husband and I are hooked! When I visited, my mother-in-law and I walked in and looked at the menu. There is a friendly lady who realized we were having trouble deciding and on the verge of hangry, too so she offered us a sample of four of their meats! We were satisfied and ordered more than half the menu! It was all delicious! My husband has been back at least 3 more times and it’s our new favorite taco place! Thank you La Regia!!
