I drove to the mall specifically for Jamba Juice, but I was disappointed to find that no one was there. The website stated that it opened at 9 AM, but I arrived at 10:15 and waited for 20 minutes with no one showing up. It seems like someone has been there recently, as there are blenders in use, cups and equipment on the counters, and open containers of fruits and sherbet. I'm really let down by this experience and have taken some photos to document it.

This is not only completely inappropriate, as it violates customers? personal choices, often their beliefs or lifestyle, but is a MAJOR health hazard. People with a dairy protein allergy, lactose intolerance, or just simply who would get sick because they dont consume dairy by choice are being put at a major risk. This is disgusting and so dangerous. Management and co deserve a huge lawsuit

Dear marketing department, please, get your act together and post correct information. This location is NOT open around the clock, like the listing says. Considering that they don't know how to update their hours, they probably will never see this feedback.
