I called the store three times before finally getting someone to answer. After explaining the issue, they agreed to exchange the item for crispy chicken to ensure it was not cold. When I drove two miles back to the restaurant, they only handed me the chicken. I requested a full exchange since the previous salad was already mixed, and the young lady in the front had to get permission from the manager to complete the exchange. Additionally, she was reluctant to give me dressing for the salad, and I had to ask for it. Overall, the restaurant made me feel like I was begging for good service. It's unfortunate that there aren't many other choices in the area, especially after working a 12-hour shift.

I have given this place SEVERAL chances to redeem themselves only because it’s CONVENIENT, but unfortunately, each and every time I am disappointed… so today is... read more I have given this place SEVERAL chances to redeem themselves only because it’s CONVENIENT, but unfortunately, each and every time I am disappointed… so today is the day… the last straw that absolutely makes me want to 100% avoid this place like the plague : terrible service, Everyone looks and sounds like they hate their job and everyone that comes through for job related services :(Today, I made a conscious effort to smile even though I’m being frowned at -__- drove away feeling like I’m the bad guy… no more bad vibes from this location towards me. Especially when I ask for a receipt (i have every right to ask) and I’m looked at like “ugh” ?? yeah, I’ll take my receipt so you don’t keep it and add up all the points on our dime ????????????????Never coming back here.
