I had infuzion drinks on the Cypress output before. drinks quality are medium. so I try this place. had taro cream tee and oolong militia. both drinks were gone. bland with hardly taste. they may have new employee training, but the owner must take care of the quality of the drinks! until they get it right! wont back. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and it was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this place to others. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed the drinks. Overall, I would rate the service 5 out of 5.
Like always the products were great but the service was the opposite. The newest worker( as of 6/30/23 around 1) provided terrible customer service. She COMPLETELY messed up our order and when confronted about the problem she just sat there not even attempting to provide a solution. Completely ruined our drinks and visit.Food: 4/5
My mom I had recently visited Infuzion off of Rayford road to purchase some drinks, were unhappy with how unsanitary things are felt that owners as well as future customers become aware of the situation. Not one, but two of my drinks that were purchased on May 17th had hair inside of the cup. Disgusting. It was determined that it came from one of the several operators who do NOT follow the Texas Food Establishment Rule (TFER) that requires all employees to wear hair restraints such as a hat or hair net!I ask that Infuzion enforces sanitary rules for their employees.Check your drinks!
