The new waiter has been a disappointment—just not good at all. We plan to wait a bit and then check back to see if he's still working there. While the food remains fantastic, the service has become slow, and the empty tables are often messy. They really need to bring in someone else to take charge on the floor. My roommate even joked that our server seemed high during one of our visits. Honestly, he's detracting from the overall experience. We used to go here weekly, but now I'm a bit hesitant to return. 6/7/2022

The spicy tuna roll was dece... read more The tonkotsu ramen was quite disappointing; it lacked flavor and depth. Surprisingly, the egg had more taste than the ramen itself. The spicy tuna roll was decent, though it didn’t come with ginger or wasabi, which was a letdown. The chicken fried rice was just average—nothing special. The service was fine. I might return to see if their boba is any good.

The food is so good and the portions are huge so you get the amount you pay for. The restaurant was clean as well.My family enjoyed the ice-cream for dessert as well.

The ramen was ok, but nothing to write home about. The poke bowl had no flavor to it, not therice, or the watery fish and the sauce was barely there. Takoyaki was undercooked and too hot inside at the same time. Staffwas uninterested, bathroom had no tp or paper towels. I would normally address it with management before posting a badexperience in case it's a one-off, but since I couldn't get the staff to engage in a conversation, I left. This was on a Sundayduring lunch hours.
