As a Long Islander from Ronkonkoma NY, this places sandwiches hold up to some of the best delis from back home. Delicious.

I saw the ads for this place and looked marvelous BUT reality hit us... Service is awfu. A large face and cold treatment is the least I want when ordering food. She didn't answer our questions about the food, just pointed the freezer with a look of disrespect;there was welcoming... no Hi, Bye or Thanks were given. It was like she was doing us a favor by attending us, taking and giving out our order. Honestly disgusting service... We WON'T be back and I DO NOT recommend it if you want to be treated like a human being and a customer.

My favorite bagel place in the whole Houston area. The bagels are fresh, the ingredients fresh. So many bagels to choose from!

Amazing bagels and amazing customer service! There was an issue with my order (Door Dashers fault), and the owner went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and happy. Customer for life!

The staff is so sweet and helpful! The music was so relaxing! A nice New York jazz vibe. The bagels were delicious and there was such a nice selection! The prices are also so low!! New favorite breakfast place!
