What Orrin Powlowski doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Cypresswood:
This location does not have good hygiene. My sub was being made on bare counter top and the manager Jason got upset when I told the employee I wanted new bread that was clean and had not been burnt like the picture below. Is this acceptable? Keep in mind the bread was so hard and burnt you could hit someone and it be considered a deadly weapon. Shame on Jason for not handling this situation. View all feedback.
