Fatimas Tacos - Spring

My daughter discovered this restaurant online because she loves pupusas. We decided to try it out and were blown away by how amazing they were! The pupusas were cooked to perfection and the pineapple juice was the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic flavors.

Just stopped in for my first pupusa and what a treat! Freshly cooked, blistered tortilla dough filled with perfectly seasoned shredded pork and refried beans for only $3.00. A side of Mexican coleslaw spiked with just a touch of heat (jalapeño? was a freebie and very tasty. I've driven by this food truck many times and finally took the time to try it out. I'll be back soon to try the tacos and gorditas. Highly recommend.

The pupusas were perfect! Hot, cheesy and filling. The curtido had a teeeeny bit of spice to it, but was really good. The people were super nice and they serve really great food for reasonable prices. I would definitely go back.

Stopped by on Monday night at 7:30 and they were closed. Called Tuesday afternoon to confirm closing, and was told 9pm. Called ahead of time to place order but no answer. Stopped by again at 7:30 and they were closed, lights were on and Someone was in the trailer. They said something was broken so they had to close early. They should at least answer the phone if in the trailer.

Really tasty pupusas and very friendly staff. We order from this food truck often and I definitely recommend it.
