When I walked... read more This is a dual service location. It is also a Baskin Robins Ice Cream. I went in on 7/8/2023 at 10:30a to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. When I walked in an employee named Chelsea was ranting and raving about another co-worker, openly, to where all dine-in customers were turning around. All while I was waiting to pick up an ice cream cake and have Happy Birthday written on it. I waited patiently behind the counter, when another worker came to check me out, I asked to have Happy Birthday written on it. The worker turned to the ranting Chelsea and she said, NO I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO THAT . What a pathetic attitude of a worker. Never again will I return to this location and will definitely spread the bad experience as much as I can through all social media. I will also reach out to corporate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Plenty other better and more friendlier donut and ice cream shops around Rayford!!!!!!!!

My drink is perfect every time, which is impressive given Dunkin's reputation for inconsistency. I look forward to this little treat each week and truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by these attentive and pleasant employees.

They also forgot to add sugar to all my drinks, so make sure you taste each one before you leave.
