The service was awful and when I called to let the manager Robert know that the carne asada was too tough to eat he chuckled. I rarely eat Chipotle and this is why. I won't be eating again for a very long while. Do better!!
Rice is usually too hard and steak too chewy. Ordered pick up one time and they forgot to give me half of the order after waiting forever at the window, realized after I got home and I had to drive back just to end up with inedible rice for kids dinner. As much of my kids love chipotle we stop ordering here, we’d rather go to the market street location as their food is always fresh. It can’t be that hard to get rice right!
Ordered ONE taco online. Apparently their app defaults to pick-up time 15 minutes later. Employee made me wait 15 minutes to get my taco. Zero common sense or courtesy.
Hit up my man Sean for the extra steak. My main man Sean. He the MVP of all chipotles my boys and girls. Yah heard it here first. Ignore the childishness?s in my review and expect a great and professional time here at chipotle. Tell Sean Sam sent youmuch thanks have a good day!
Two bowls, one burrito and 2 small drinks for fifty dollars. The burrito ripped so instead of a new burrito, just a new foil wrap for the haphazard pile of burrito mess. Guajillo garlic steak that was reminiscent of meat flavored tire shreds. I onlyneeded to chew each piece just under 100 times to make it digestible. Thank you, Chipotle, for finally convincing me to govegan.
