I rarely eat Chipotle and this is why. I won't be eating again for a very long while. Do better!!

Ordered pick up one time and they forgot to give me half of the order after waiting forever at the window, realized after I got home and I had to drive back just to end up with inedible rice for kids dinner.As much of my kids love chipotle we stop ordering here, we’d rather go to the market street location as their food is always fresh. It can’t be that hard to get rice right!

Staff don't pay attention to serving sizes sometimes.

When I walked in a young man was preparing a mobile order while talking to another co-worker (male) who was not weaeing gloves who had his hands on the counter.... read more When I walked in a young man was preparing a mobile order while talking to another co-worker (male) who was not weaeing gloves who had his hands on the counter.. the young man who was preparing the mobile order dropped chicken on the counter instead ofthrowing that chicken in the trash he picks it up placed back in the container. He proceeds to ask me what I would like toorder, I tell him then he slides my order to a young lady and I proceed with my order. I get to the lettuce and she sayswe're out of the regular lettuce but have salad lettuce? this would have been nice to know prior to ordering because now I don'twant two bowls opted to one with no lettuce because my husband was starving. just a awful experience.
