Feedback
Chili's seems to be experiencing a mixed bag of reviews, highlighting a decline in service and food quality at some locations. While many have encountered issues such as sticky tables, long wait times, and undercooked meals, others rave about exceptional service and tasty food. Some diners appreciate the affordability and enjoyable drinks, while a few lament a drop in standards and rising prices. Overall, it appears that experiences at Chili's can vary significantly, with some patrons optimistic about specific dishes and the notable assistance from staff despite challenges, while others express disappointment and reluctance to return.
We love Chili's and I usually get a burger there, so I wanted to try something different and got chicken quesadillas. The food wasn't bad but we were a little disappointed about the portion of the meat and the presentation (even for the to-go order). The service was good so we would come back but we would probably order American dishes.
I used to love chillies for the food and atmosphere but these days it's just gone downhill. My niece put it perfectly. Chillies is the Walmart of the restaurant world. Also the drinks are so weak! They jacked their prices up and took away the alcohol.Super sad!
Great customer service and delicious food. Overall, a great option to spend a good night out.
The service was just average; we had to look for our waitress multiple times. Unfortunately, the food was truly terrible. My husband's burger was undercooked in the middle, and mine was so greasy that it left grease running down my arms after just one bite. Both burgers lacked any real flavor. Additionally, they messed up a few items in our orders. I've been to many Chili's locations, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. After taking only three bites, I left feeling nauseous and extremely disappointed. Although the manager was very nice and did comp our burgers since we couldn't eat them, we won't be returning to this location.
I want to give a big shout-out to my server for the outstanding service! If you go to this restaurant, be sure to ask for Spencer. Everything was served quickly, and he was really polite and courteous. You can be confident that you'll be in good hands with Spencer as your server.
