This was some of the best brisket I have ever had. It was moist, juicy, tender, and had a delicious seasoned pit flavor. The chef really knows how to season and smoke a brisket. The dirty rice was also delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the baked beans because my child ate them first, but they must be amazing too. Overall, the food was great and the chef had a wonderful personality. You can't beat good people and good food.

Roberto Howard is professional and friendly. Not only is his customer service excellent, but the food is incredibly delicious. I had the pleasure of purchasing smoked and deep fried turkey from him for Thanksgiving, and they were a big hit. I will definitely be returning!
