The food is hot, fresh and delicious. I was told by the nice young gentleman who worked there that they were only allowing takeout at that time (no dine-in), but the food was still hot and fresh after I got it home 20 minutes later. Took only ten minutes after ordering to receive my food. Will definitely visit again. Thanks so much for a good experience.
The experience was quite enjoyable. Our server was excellent and very helpful. The food was good overall, although we've had better fried rice at other locations. The shrimp, however, was outstanding. Considering the menu prices, I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a great place to dine without breaking the bank. Food rating: 4/5.
The young boy who works there is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! And has been rude on more that one occasion. I tried to excuse his behavior but he definitely needs more training in Customer Service. 1st. Poor experience….When we ordered our food, he spoke so low that we could hear him. So we mentioned to him that we could hear what he was saying and Replied to us, that he will not speak up because he does not like to talk loud. 2nd occasion, 5 of us came for dinner and everything we order the young guy told us, they don’t have any. We order fish, He stated we don’t have anymore fish, we ordered Shrimp, he stated we don’t have anymore shrimp, and etc…all this after sitting waiting 15 minutes before he came to our table. so we asked what is available? And why not tell us this prior to us trying to place orders. He replied, “We trying to make money!” Therefore they care not about their customer at all. There was a time I would always tell people about this place. But this guy is so rude that I refuse to refer another customer here. Also I finally got a chance to go to their restrooms. There restrooms are beyond nasty and smell like straight sewage.
Food is great, but a little too much seasoning. Not good for people with high blood pressure. But you can request some modification. Prices are SUPER REASONABLE!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is amazing!
I was a customer at this restaurant for many years. Just recently the company hired new employees and the customer service is terrible. The employee in the drive-thru isn't able to speak English and is very unprofessional. This restaurant lost a loyal customer and I pray that they hire better employees.Kid-friendliness: Terrible customer service. Very rude
