Patacón, empanadas, and arepas are worldwide in Zulia. Papelon with lemon 11/10. It tastes like Venezuelan food.

2 cachapas and 12 tequeños very expensive and food quality pretty bad. Plastic plates and cheap napkins. No refills for drinks.
??Delicious Venezuelan food, especially Tequeños (Venezuelan style cheese sticks), they are the best ones I’ve ever tried in Houston.
