I know chic-fil-a is always packed but ridiculously fast at service but when that Fad Rush begins try Arby's. You may besurprised.

They only give you 1 napkin per meal (3) so we asked and got 3 more. The jalapeño bites. Mostly imitation cheese and batter. You never knowuntil you try I guess.

The staff spent more time discussing a... read more It took 15 minutes for them to prepare just two sandwiches, despite there being no customers inside or in the drive-thru. The staff spent more time discussing a sandwich someone wanted than actually making food. All the tables were dirty and empty. On the plus side, they upgraded our cups and gave us extra ones. We visited at 6:25.

There were no dipping sauces for items that needed them, my chicken bacon swiss had no bacon, and my Diet Dr Pepper was actually Diet Coke. It’s frustrating when your food arrives wrong and there’s nothing you can do about it.
