Akashi - Spring

Update: will not come back, they need to find another decent local fusion restaurant. I called the next day after the events down below and the gm told me that she would have forced us to visit the next day and would call me back after I spoke to the staff to see what happened. she didn't call me back. I ordered a few articles today (2 days later) with another phone and name to avoid that someone spuck in my eating. hown i paid, I have the offer for the replacement reel. the gm said she'd just call me. Right. I have not tipped what is only marginally satisfying. original: I've been going to akashi for years. we usually take out for my family on Sunday. Today I have seen a regrettable series of events, bad administration and customer service. After they picked up an order of $130, they forgot one. How did I find out? I made it home and got a call. they said I could come back and pick it up, but no excuse. I wanted to talk to a manager. val replied without apology. her development was for me to pick up the article 7.95 a 45-min runway that was not a brainer, no. my whole family waited for eating). when I asked if she would offer extra to recover the tipp or for my problems, the answer was no. my expectation would be that val would have offered $10 credit (at least). I like this place and always tilt 20% on take-out, but no more. I'll get the cost to go back and tap when I return.

We had a friendly and social waitress. the atmosphere is beautiful with good music and clean. our food came out in time and was very delicious. we had Mongolian bark with white rice and egg-dried soup and egg roll. another person had a zip suppe and salat along with unagi roll and a lachs avocado rolle delicious! will recommend again and again.

I ordered sushi rolls and the dinner option with garnel and vegetables. both tasted fresh and delicious. the evening dinner comes with suppe (I have the hot and acidic egg roll which I did not try to make a cream cheese crab thing that are always good, and their choice of the escape. the garnels were really big and had a lot of fun, they didn't spill anything. the sushi, but tasty, was 6( thin pieces for $10 and they would fall apart as I tried to pick them up. overpriced for the amount they receive imo. I recommend eating here and am thrilled to try other dishes.

Consistent good eating with great service! very appreciate how diverse the menu is under any category. there is something for everyone here and everything is presented as a higher class. especially enjoyed our waiters on this trip. every location is a bit different, but they all enjoyed so far

Incredible, fresh food! i need to highlight on my server Val though. not only was she extremely attentive and kept checking in on us for if we needed refills or anything else, but she greet us kindness, and we felt very welcomed. would definitely return just for even her customer service!
