Akaihi Sushi and Hibachi is really a shining star amongst sushi restaurants in Houston. They have a very impressive menu full of sushi rolls that are actually loaded with FISH and not cheap fillers (cucumber, shrimp tempura) that other Houston sushi joints will try and sell you. The food is good here, but I ate lunch here today with some co-workers. They got the “All you can eat” while I just got the hibachi chicken. Someone with our group ordered some spicy garlic edamames. I ate 2 of them. Apparently they were watching us and our waiter came over to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to eat their edamames since I didn’t order the “All you can eat”.
