Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

The service tonight was exceptional. We haven’t been in a while and I do not remember the staff being as attentive as they were tonight. We ordered 2 combo plates which came out quick, the young man brought them to our table. The young man and several others checked up on us throughout our meal. Customer service was better than most sit down establishments in town.

Have not had any big issues with any of my visits. Have either got the regular barbeque plate with fries and slaw, or chicken tenders, that are worth it, with fries and slaw. Parking: At least 30 good spots around the building, but you may want to park on the bank side due to the other spots are used for employees.

Delicious and fast lunch. Excellent customer service. It's so refreshing to go into a place that still VALUES customers.

Today Friday 4/26 was busy when I went in for a hotdog and while I sat and waited during the 5 o clock rush; I watched Tamera up front. She was not once upset or looked annoyed with the rush. She brought out each order, helped which I’m assuming is a new hire All while packing Togo plate. Definitely a team player. I hope she see this. I told her good job as she handed me my order
