I've been here a few times. And every time I've been, the wait staff and management have been kind and attentive. Food is refreshed regularly, and besides, the roast beef being salty as heck, The food's solid for a golden corral. The place itself is clean, and when there's a spill or an oopsie, they're right on top of it. One downside is the ice cream machines currently down, but it was okay since the slushy machine...
