The setting is enchanting among the mountains, the service is impeccable, the welcome is fabulous, and the food is delicious. We tried both the exquisite cold trout (marinated, carpione, smoked) and the one cooked in a copper pan, which is very flavorful. The polenta, mushrooms, cabbage, and potato fritters are top-notch! Authentic ingredients, cooked simply to enhance their flavors. The panna cotta is also delicious, light and creamy. Highly recommended!
